Baked Pork Chops with Tomato Sauce






































Baked Pork Chops With Tomato Sauce

Brown 6 pork chops in a skillet and remove to a baking dish. In the fat, brown 3 tablespoons flour, add 1 cup water and 1 cup tomato sauce. Stir until it thickens. Season with salt and pour over the chops. Spread with crumbs. Cover and bake 1 hour. Remove cover so the crumbs can brown.
